Château Saint-Maur Clos de Capelune Blanc 2022 is a dry white wine produced from Rolle (Vermentino) grapes in the Provence region of southern France. Taking its name from a monastery formerly present on the Sirte of the winery, Château Saint-Maur is one 18 châteaux de Provence designated as Cru Classé. Winemaking at the property is overseen by former Domaine Ott winemaker Amélie Rimbaud. This 100% Rolle white wine has benefited from 25% barrel maturation, adding, roundness, richness and layers of complexity to the wine`s core character of crisp, refreshing citrus and stone fruit.
