Domaine Michel Niellon Chassagne-Montrachet 2022 is a medium- to full-bodied Burgundy white wine from the Chassagne-Montrachet commune of the Côte de Beaune. Based in Chassagne-Montrachet, Michel Niellon is a 7.5-hectare domaine currently run by Michel Coutoux. The domaine`s Chassagne is a blend of Chardonnays from a selection of Chassagne terroirs, including lieux-dits such as Blanchots-Dessous and Les Masures. "A clear pale lemon. A pretty bouquet, more floral, without the sulphur reduction of the Bourgogne Blanc. Clean and even quite chiselled, pure white fruit, just a little heat behind, and some barrel toast.
