Overnoy Houillon Arbois Pupillin Chardonnay 2011 is a medium-bodied white wine from the Jura region of France. Pierre Overnoy is one of the legendary names in the Jura region of France and his eponymous domaine is widely considered as one of the finest for natural wines. Since Overnoy’s retirement, Emmanuel Houillon has been at the helm of this tiny 6-hectare domaine and very much continues the work of his predecessor, crafting ethereal wines of captivating purity and complexity. The vines are tended to meticulously and the use of chemical fertilisers is eschewed. In the cellar, no sulphur dioxide is used and there are no unnecessary manipulations.
