Chambolle Musigny Les Hauts Doix Robert Groffier 2006

Robert Groffier Père & Fils is a well-established Domaine which has been in the same family for several generations. The Domaine consists of approximately 8 hectares of vineyards, including plots in Premier Cru sites, such as Les Amoureuses, Les Sentiers and Les Hauts Doix, where this particular cuvée comes from. The 2006 vintage in Burgundy was generally considered a very good vintage, particularly for red wines. Weather conditions throughout the growing season were favourable, resulting in wines that offered a good balance of ripeness and freshness.
