Domaine Hudelot-Baillet is based in Chambolle-Musigny and over recent years has seen significant increases in quality since Joël Hudelot’s talented son-in-law, Dominique Le Guen, assumed control. The 2017 Les Bourniques 1er Cru is a sumptuous, medium to full-bodied wine with a gorgeous core of fruit and fine, velvety tannins. Les Bourniques is a small vineyard neighbouring Musigny Grand Cru.
