The vineyard`s favourable sun exposure allows the grapes to ripen fully, resulting in wines with impressive depth and complexity. Domaine Christian Moreau`s Premier Cru `Vaillons` is vibrant and fresh, with a well-balanced acidity and a mineral-driven structure. The fruit flavours are complemented by a subtle salinity, which adds an extra dimension to the wine.
