Founded in Beaune in 1880, Joseph Drouhin is one of the leading estates in Burgundy, whose portfolio includes vineyards in Chablis, the Côte de Nuits, the Côte de Beaune and the Côte Chalonnaise. The domaine produces a vast array of cuvées, from village-level wines to highly coveted grand cru and premier cru expressions. This release is from ‘Les Preuses’, one of the seven grand cru sites in Chablis where Drouhin owns a 0.3-hectare plot. 2018 was a fantastic year for Chablis after the low-yielding 2016 and 2017 vintages.
