Originally from Canada, Patrick Piuze is a highly regarded négociant who became synonymous with terroir-driven Chablis. Patrick started his winemaking career working for established producers such as Olivier Leflaive, Jean-Marc Brocard and Maison Verget, until eventually launching his own label in 2008. He mainly purchases grapes from trusted growers and provides a diverse portfolio of village-specific wines. This particular cuvée hails from Bougros, one of the 7 Grand Cru sites in Chablis, covering approximately 16 hectares. The vineyard is known for producing wines that are more accessible in their youth.
