Hailing from the Tuscan island of Giglio, Castellari del Giglio is an exciting winemaking project from Querciabella cellar master, Manfed Ing. `Calzo della Vigna` is a beautiful white, produced from local variety Ansonica (Insolia) from two ancient vineyards. With fermentation on skins for up to three months, the result is a complex wine that marries powerful primary fruit, terroir-driven minerality and supreme elegance.
