Argiano Brunello di Montalcino 2018 is a full-bodied Sangiovese red wine produced in the Brunello di Montalcino appellation of Tuscany. With more than 500 years of vinegrowing history, Argiano is well-recognised as one of the leading estates in Montalcino. Winemaking is overseen by Sebastiano Rosa, whose CV includes such illustrious estates as Lafite-Rothschild and Sassicaia. The 2018 Brunello was matured in Slavonian oak barrels for 30 months followed by further bottle ageing before release. "A bright and fresh 2018 with cherry and floral aromas and flavours. Medium body, refined tannins and a linear finish with bright acidity. Tangy and energetic. Tight at the end. A year or two will open it, but already a beauty." James Suckling 2022
