Briottet Liqueur de Rhubarb is a premium rhubarb liqueur produced by Maison Edmond Briottet in Dijon, France. Briottet was founded in the mid-19th century in Burgundy, originally bottling and selling local wine. Edmond Briottet recognised the growing popularity of the local Kir cocktail and soon shifted to producing Crème de Cassis before expanding the company`s range to include other liqueurs. Today, Briottet is considered one of the finest bottlers of fruit liqueurs in the world.
