Bourgogne Chardonnay Arnaud Ente 2016
Arnaud Ente and his wife, Marie-Odile, craft exquisite micro-production cuvées that easily rank amongst some of the finest in the region. This Bourgogne Chardonnay comes from young vines from Puligny-Montrachet and Meursault plant in 2002 and 2012, respectively. The 2016 is medium- to full-bodied, delicately textural and exudes wonderful notes of apple, pear, citrus blossom and subtly toasty oak. With lovely inward concentration and bright acidity, this should have a least a decade of cellaring potential.
