Ramonet Chassagne-Montrachet Boudriotte 2015 is a medium-bodied Burgundy white wine from the Premier Cru climat of La Boudriotte in the Chassagne-Montrachet commune of the Côte de Beaune. Founded in the late 1920s, Domaine Ramonet is a renowned wine producer in the appellations of Chassagne-Montrachet and Puligny-Montrachet. The estate`s most notable wines are white Burgundy from grand cru vineyards which are highly sought-after. On the domaine`s 2015 Boudriotte. "There is just enough wood to merit mentioning sitting atop the floral, essence of pear, spice and a whiff of citrus influence. As is usually the case, the mouth feel of the medium weight flavours is sleeker and finer if not quite as expansive or powerful, all wrapped in a delicious, sappy and lingering finish that delivers fine length if not necessarily superior depth. This is better balanced and while there is touch of bitter citrus zest on the finale, it`s decidedly more subtle." Burghound, 2018
