Domaine Bernard-Bonin is a relatively small Burgundy estate run by husband-and-wife team Nicolas Bernard and Véronique Bonin. Nicolas is the great-grandson of François Mikulski, another well-respected winemaker in the region. Their Bourgogne Blanc typically offers aromas of citrus, green apple, and white flowers, with a touch of minerality. On the palate, you can expect a wine with lively acidity, good fruit concentration, and a clean finish. An excellent introduction to the style of wines produced by Domaine Bernard-Bonin.
