It is an incredible expression of barrel-fermented Sauvignon Blanc bursting with citrussy fruit and chalky minerality. This wine has improved immeasurably over recent vintages and strikes the perfect balance between expressive fruit and tensile energy. It would match superbly with fresh oysters.
