The 2021 Blanc de Lynch-Bages is a blend composed of 79% Sauvignon Blanc, 15% Sémillon, and 6% Muscadelle, aged for 6 months in oak barrels [50% new]. Crisp, lighter-bodied, and delightful with delicate notes of passion fruit and white peaches.

Chateau Lynch-Bages

Chateau Lynch-Bages

Situated in the celebrated Pauillac appellation in Bordeaux, Château Lynch Bages uses around 60% of its 100 hectares to produce its first wine (a 5th growth in the 1855 classification) in addition to producing a second red, Echo de Lynch Bages. These wines display superb Cabernet Sauvignon character, together with smaller percentages of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot making up the blend. A wonderful example of the power and elegance of truly great Pauillac: gloriously supple and smooth with a tannic backbone.

A white wine, known as Blanc de Lynch Bages, is also produced in very small quantities. Made from an elegant blend of the classic white Bordeaux varietals, Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon and Muscadelle, the resulting wines display exhilarating freshness and dried apricot complexity.
