Cordero di Montezemolo is a family-owned wine producer based in La Morra. The estate’s portfolio includes single-vineyard Barolos, and other varietal wines such as Dolcetto d’Alba, Langhe Arneis and a Chardonnay. This is their flagship Barolo from the 1970 vintage, an excellent year for the Piedmont region. The red wines turned out well-balanced and beautifully scented.
