Barolo Eraldo Viberti 2020 showcases the distinctive characteristics of the Barolo region. Sourced from vineyards situated at around 350 metres elevation, the soil comprises clay marls and sand. The grapes are harvested manually, with fermentation occurring in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Following a 30-day maceration, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and ages for 24 months in oak barrels. The resulting wine displays a ruby hue, with aromas of dark fruits and floral notes, alongside an earthy backbone. Eraldo Viberti is known for its commitment to traditional winemaking practices.
