Based in Barolo, Diego e Damiano Barale is a relatively new wine producer covering approximately 8 hectares. In 2012, the two brothers released their first wine, a Langhe Nebbiolo from the 2010 vintage. Since then, their portfolio has expanded slightly, offering a Barbera d’Alba, a Dolcetto d’Alba and a classic Barolo which, as of 2018, became a blend of Monrobiolo di Bussia and San Giovanni. The 2018 vintage has produced some open-knit and approachable Barolos due to moderate acidity and ripe tannins.
