Established in 1972, G.D. Vajra is an Italian wine producer located in Vergne, the highest village in Barolo. Albe is a blend of wonderful Barolo DOCG vineyards, situated at altitudes that range from 380 to 480 metres above sea level. The nose is dominated by aromas of rose petals, violets, red berries and fresh herbs. Smooth and savoury, the palate features juicy red cherries, crushed raspberries and baking spices, all supported by polished tannins.
