Cascina Fontana is a family-owned winery located in the heart of the Barolo wine region, in the small hamlet of Perno. The estate covers approximately 5 hectares of estate vineyards, planted exclusively to Dolcetto, Barbera and Nebbiolo. This young Barbera d’Alba has a lovely scent of roses, cherry compote and a whiff of cranberries. The palate is fresh, delicately spicy and mineral.
