Made by the highly respected Azienda Agricola Sottimano, this is a wonderful Barbera produced with fruit from two vineyards, Basarin and San Cristoforo, which are situated in the comune of Neive. Rich and concentrated, with lovely notes of black cherry, plum, violet flowers, earth and spices. This is the perfect wine to drink alongside classic dishes such as pasta with truffles or wild mushroom risotto.
