Bruno Rocca Barbaresco Rabajà 2020 is a medium- to full-bodied, single-vineyard Nebbiolo red wine from the Barbaresco appellation of Piedmont, northern Italy. Established in 1864, Bruno Rocca is a highly regarded, family-run estate in the north-west of Barbaresco. This particular release from the estate comes from Rabajà, one of the most historic and sought-after crus of the region. It is approachable and elegant with notes of red cherry, raspberry, rose petal and violet. While drinking well now, it will ageing gracefully over the next decade.
The 2020 Barbaresco Rabajà is translucent, potent and super-expressive. All the elements of this great site come through in a Barbaresco that is so alluring. Dark macerated cherry, tobacco, spice, mint and leather are some of the many notes that build into the potent finish.
