After years of research and experimentation, Giovanni Roagna identified this exceptional terroir, creating a wine that needed extended aging to reach its full potential.
Initially kept as the Roagna family`s private reserve for special occasions, it was first introduced to the world in 1978 by Alfredo Roagna. Representing the pinnacle of the family’s winemaking, Crichet Pajé embodies complexity and remarkable longevity.
