Les Aubaguetes comes from 1.4 hectares of ancient vines planted in 1901. A blend of 80% Garnacha, 19% Cariñena and 1% of white grapes, Garnacha Blanca and Macabeo, fermented with natural yeasts in Foudre, where the wine also aged for 14 months. An aromatically deep red wine, with zesty notes accompanied by hints of red and black fruits and with a mineral character. On the palate, it is silky, with strong but refined tannins. A wine with longevity that will be extraordinary after five years in the bottle.
