Blackbook The Arches Pinot Blanc 2020 is a medium-bodied white wine from Blackbook urban winery in Battersea, south London. Blackbook was established in 2017 by Sergio Verrillo (an American expat and former sommelier in restaurants including Maze on Grosvenor Square) and his wife, Lynsey. Their urban winery specialises in still wines, mainly from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Typically grapes are sourced from sites within two hours’ travel of the winery.
