Appleton Estate 25 Year Old Hearts Collection is a limited-edition, age-statement rum produced at the Appleton Distillery in Santa Cruz, Jamaica. The Hearts Collection is a first-of-its-kind collaboration between Appleton and Luca Gargano of the renowned Italian spirits distribution company Velier. The collaboration sees Grgano and Appleton`s master distiller select individual casks from special for limited-release bottlings. This richly complex 25-year-old example was distilled in 1998 and offers notes of dried peach, apple and tropical fruits, along with caramel, orange rind, sweet spices and toasted oak.
