Hailing from the island of Barbados, this 15-year-old St Nicholas Abbey rum was produced exclusively for the plantation by the neighbouring Foursquare distillery. The expression is a blend of pot and column still rums, aged in re-fill bourbon casks. Bottled at 40% ABV, it’s a medium-bodied spirit, marked by zesty notes and plenty of spices, such as nutmeg and cinnamon.
