Vecchio Amaro Del Capo is a bitter, aromatic liqueur produced in the Calabria region of Italy. Originally created as a health tonic, Amaro del Capo has been produced by the Caffo family since 1915. Flavoured with 29 Calabrian herbs and roots, including bitter orange and sweet orange peel, liquorice, mandarin, camomile and juniper, this popular amaro is complex yet delicate, with earthy, minty herbal notes. The perfect chilled digestif, Amaro del Capo can also complement a myriad of cocktails and long drinks.
