Allante M et Boulanger C Vigne au Daim 2019 is a medium-bodied Chardonnay white wine from the Jura region of France. Managed by Mathieu Allante and Christian Boulange, Allante & Boulanger is a winery project run in two cellars – one in Rotalier, one in Gizia – in the heart of the Jura. Vineyards are managed biodynamically with some regenerative practices. Vigne au Daim 2019 is produced from 45-year-old Chardonnay vines growing on grey marl and schist soil in Gizia. The wine fermented and aged for 24 months in old barrels. Expect complex Jurassien `je ne sais quoi` with pronounced acidity and schistous mineral depth.
