Bruyère & Houillon Arbois Blanc Les Tourillons 2014 is a medium-bodied, blended white wine from the Jura region of France. Based in Pupillin, Adeline Houillon and Renaud Bruyère are among the very top echelon of natural wine producers in Jura. Adeline trained at Domaine Pierre Overnoy (which is now managed by her brother, Emmanuel), while Renaud previously worked at Domaine Tissot. Together, Adeline and Renaud manage five hectares of vineyard on biodynamic principles. Their Les Tourillons cuvée is produced from a single vineyard and is a Chardonnay-based blend with small amounts of Savagnin and direct-pressed Trousseau. A rare, mature bottling from one of the Jura`s most sought-after producers.
