The 2015 is 46% Cabernet Sauvignon, 32% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc, 5% Malbec and 2% Petit Verdot. On the nose, layered, earthy aromas of cassis, dark cherry, chocolate, and hints of toasty oak and vanilla. A silky wine with flavours of cassis, chocolate, cherry, and blackberry. The 2015 CYRUS has elegant texture, excellent balance and a long structured finish.
