This Albariño is made from 30 to 60 year-old vines in the villages of Castrelo and Padrenda; the yields are around 50 hectoliters per hectare and the estate usually produces only aroudn 4,000 bottles each vintage. After fermentation, the wine is left on the lees for seven months before half is aged in large French oak vats and the other half in stainless steel tanks. A very pure expression of Albariño, extremely saline and fresh.
