Viñas del Cénit is a winery located in the Zamora province of Spain, within the Tierra del Vino de Zamora appellation. The winery is known for producing high-quality wines, marked by its high-altitude vineyards and distinctive soils. The 2020 vintage of the `Cénit Blanco` displays a pale straw colour with greenish hues. On the nose, expect intense aromas of citrus, green apple, and stone fruits, along with floral and herbaceous notes that are typical of the Verdejo grape variety. The palate is fresh and lively, with flavours of citrus, green fruit, and a hint of minerality. An excellent choice as an aperitif or to accompany a variety of dishes, such as seafood, salads and poultry.
