Rosa Ruiz Albariño 2023 is a medium-bodied white wine from the Rías Baixas region of north-west Spain. Introduced in 2015, Rosa Ruis is made from 100% Albariño grapes sourced from pergola-trained vines situated next to the historic Santiago Ruiz winery, in San Miguel de Tabagón. These old vines yield limited quantities of richly concentrated fruit, brimming with flavour. The wine undergoes short skin maceration followed five months of lees ageing to produce a refined and textured Albariño boasting aromas of ripe apple, peach and melon, complemented by hints of orange peel, and white flowers, and a touch of saline minerality on the refreshing finish.
