Zork Gharibian, the owner of Zorah Wines, had a previous career in the fashion industry in Milan before embarking on a winemaking venture in Armenia. His wines have played a pivotal role on the international stage, contributing to Armenia`s growing recognition for producing high-quality wines. This particular release represents a blend of two indigenous white grape varieties, Voskèak and Garandmak, which have been cultivated in Armenia for centuries. While both grape varieties can be found across Armenia`s diverse landscapes, it is the exceptional terroir of Vayotz Dzor, characterized by high altitudes and warm daytime temperatures tempered by cool nights, that imparts a unique balance to the fruit in this region, showcasing the full potential of these indigenous grapes.
