This vintage presents a blend of 38% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Petit Verdot, 17% Merlot and 12% Cabernet Franc. Yatir Winery, established in 2000 through a collaboration between local growers and the Carmel Winery, aims to highlight the distinct character of the Yatir region. Each annual release reflects the attributes of the year, ensuring a unique tasting experience.
