Carmel Limited Edition is a Bordeaux-style kosher red blend from Upper Galilee in Israel. The blend is of 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Petit Verdot, 15% Malbec and 5% Cabernet Franc. Carmel Limited Edition is the flagship wine of the Carmel Winery and is produced in strictly limited quantities. Rich and smooth, this wine displays classic Cabernet varietal notes of plum, cassis, violets, wild mint and cigar boxes. An ideal accompaniment to grilled lamb chops or hard cheeses.
