This powerful Australian red blend from the Yarra Valley is composed of 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 28% Merlot, 12% Malbec and 5% Petit Verdot. The first plantings at Yarra Yering into block No.1 were these Cabernet vines and the name was born. Dark berry fruits with a herbal lift together with sweet spices and well integrated oak balanced by a refreshing seam of acidity.
