Based in New York’s Brooklyn, Widow Jane is an urban distillery producing small batch whiskeys. This release is a rye whiskey that was aged in American oak barrels, where some applewood staves were also added in the process. The nose offers green apples, cloves, star anise and lemon zest. The palate reveals sweet corn, rye spices and more citrus fruit.
