A new release from Càrn Mòr as part of their ‘Strictly Limited Collection’, this 7-year-old single malt was distilled at Highland Park, under the pseudonym of Whitlaw. The single malt has quite a vinous character, boasting aromas of dark fruits, raisins and juicy plums. The palate reveals a viscous texture, with slightly tart notes, spices and dark chocolate.
