François and Julien Pinon are renowned for producing exceptional wines in the Vouvray region. François, who previously worked as a child psychologist, assumed control of the vineyard from his father in 1987 and has since established a strong reputation for the estate. As a committed winemaker, his primary objective is to maintain the distinctive characteristics of both the appellation and the vintage in all of his wines. With Julien`s involvement, the family`s commitment to organic viticulture and minimal intervention winemaking has been further solidified. For this particular release, the wine was aged in previously used barrels for a duration of 4 months prior to bottling. It exhibits delightful hints of green apple, delicately enveloping a core of vibrant, lively acidity.
