Cuvée Silex comes from 30-to-40-year-old vineyards with clay-siliceous soils and a high proportion of flint (silex) on the surface. Medium-bodied and satin-textured, it is awash with delicious white orchard fruits, spices, honey and has a thread of cooling minerality throughout. Though excellent to drink young this will age nicely, developing further complex flavours and gaining additional weight.
