Domaine Huet was founded in 1928 by Victor Huet and his son Gaston and now boasts thirty hectares of Chenin planted on three plots. Haut-Lieu, Mont and Clos du Bourg. This elegantly sweet Chenin Blanc is a rare find from the 1985 vintage. Caramel and baked peaches on the nose followed by an enticing, viscous crème brûlée palate balanced by good acidity.
