This particular wine hails from the Premier Cru ‘Les Brouillards’, where Domaine de Montille owns a 0.37-hectare plot. Notably, 2020 was the first time this wine cuvee was certified as kosher, with the Montille team refraining from any direct contact with the winery equipment (though they can handle the sorting process). The bouquet is invitingly open knit, showcasing pure blackberry and raspberry aromas. On the palate, the wine impresses with its well-balanced nature and seamless integration of 50% whole cluster fermentation, delivering a delightful crunchiness in the fruit profile and culminating in a linear and satisfying finish.
