Situated in the village of Pupillin, just south of Arbois, Maison Pierre Overnoy is a cult winery dedicated to minimal-intervention practices. The modern recognition of the estate was solidified when Pierre Overnoy embraced natural winemaking methods and removed sulphur from the process. This is a rare bottle of their non-vintage liqueur wine, a well-balanced expression with just a bit of sweetness, boasting notes of orange, tea, peach, and apricot.
