Villa Zarri is an Italian producer of premium brandies, located 9 kilometres north of the centre of Bologna. This expression was created from the infusion of sweet orange peel and bitter orange in Trebbiano wine brandy aged for 7 years in 350-litre French oak barrels. The nose is seductive, suggesting candied orange, ginger, vanilla, eucalyptus, cinnamon and herbal tea. The palate is well balanced and mouth-coating, citrusy at the core and tempered by spices.
