This single-vineyard Montepulciano DOC undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks and is subsequently aged for one year in the same containers. This meticulous process serves to accentuate the wine`s natural acidity, flavours, and aromas, which are the result of the cool climate in which it is crafted. It displays an intense mineral nose and a subtle balsamic undertone. On the palate, the wine offers a soft and enveloping texture with a distinct touch of freshness. Produced using biodynamic practices in accordance with Demeter standards.
