Delia Viader began her Napa Valley wine estate in the early 1980s with a vision to create world class wines from vines planted on the rocky volcanic soils of the eastern slopes of Howell Mountain. The 2002 Syrah displays cherry and coffee notes, which carry through on the supple palate.
