Very Olde St Nick Ancient Cask Lot 12 is a limited-edition bourbon whiskey distilled at the Olde St Nick Distillery in Kentucky. This highly collectible bourbon was curated by Julian Van Winkle for Kentucky Bourbon Distillers in the early 2000s and originally intended for sale in the Japanese market. It was matured in small charred oak barrels for an undisclosed period of time before being bottled at a strength of 45%.
